Julia Kauffman joins the team as VP of Human Resources, Elliott Parker joins as Managing Director of Corporate Innovation
Kauffman is joining the team as Vice President of Human Resources, leading High Alpha’s talent, recruiting and HR organization. An Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate, Kauffman comes to High Alpha by way of Salesforce where she served in various leadership positions in the HR organization.
“High Alpha is uniquely positioned to build the next generation of leading enterprise cloud companies by investing in the best talent in Indianapolis and beyond,” shares Kauffman. “I am looking forward to contributing to this continued growth and setting up our companies for success.”
Parker joins the team as Managing Director of Corporate Innovation where he will work to discover and launch new businesses in tandem with select corporate partners. Parker most recently served as a Principal at Innosight, a business strategy consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School professor and best-selling author Clayton Christensen. Prior to his role at Innosight, Parker co-founded consulting firm Innovo Partners and worked on the corporate ventures team at Roche.
“I’ve long admired High Alpha’s approach to innovation and entrepreneurship,” says Parker. “It is incredibly difficult to innovate within large corporations. We have a unique opportunity at High Alpha to apply our venture studio model to corporate innovation and help large companies across the country adopt a startup mentality.”
