Julia Kauffman joins the team as VP of Human Resources, Elliott Parker joins as Managing Director of Corporate Innovation
INDIANAPOLIS — May 23, 2018 — High Alpha, a leading venture studio, announced today the addition of Julia Kauffman and Elliott Parker to the company’s leadership team.
Kauffman is joining the team as Vice President of Human Resources, leading High Alpha’s talent, recruiting and HR organization. An Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate, Kauffman comes to High Alpha by way of Salesforce where she served in various leadership positions in the HR organization.

Parker joins the team as Managing Director of Corporate Innovation where he will work to discover and launch new businesses in tandem with select corporate partners. Parker most recently served as a Principal at Innosight, a business strategy consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School professor and best-selling author Clayton Christensen. Prior to his role at Innosight, Parker co-founded consulting firm Innovo Partners and worked on the corporate ventures team at Roche.
