We welcomed Dr. Allison Barber, President and COO of the Indiana Fever, and Tamika Catchings, VP of Fever Basketball Operations, as our special guests.

Allison previously served as the Chancellor of WGU Indiana and has over 25 years of experience in education and public service, including serving as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense.

Tamika is a four-time Olympic gold medalist and 16-year WNBA superstar with the Indiana Fever. She joined the Fever in 2001 when she was the club’s first-round draft selection. In her current role, she is responsible for the coordination of all day-to-day basketball operations for the Fever.

Allison and Tamika sat down for a fireside chat with Eric Tobias to discuss their career journeys and the future of Fever basketball.
