INDIANAPOLIS — Aug. 19, 2020 — High Alpha, a leading venture studio, announced today that Vice President, Design & Product Jon Hubartt has been named to the TechPoint Tech 25 Class of 2020.

Since joining High Alpha as Design Director in 2015, Jon has helped build more than 20 new B2B SaaS companies, the majority of which are located in Indianapolis. Jon’s work building functional and beautiful products has helped accelerate the growth of 17 companies, and in turn helped these companies grow to employ more than 500 people. Jon has been a key contributor to the development of every High Alpha Studio company.

Prior to joining High Alpha, Jon spent nearly eight years at Studio Science as the Director of Design.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Jon for close to 10 years. During that time he has played an integral role in the conception and launch of a number of Indy’s most visible tech companies,” said High Alpha Partner Kristian Andersen. “He has helped pioneer a new way of integrating the design function into the venture studio model. He possesses the coveted talent of being able to seamlessly bridge the gap between business, technology and design.”

In 2015, TechPoint, the growth accelerator for Indiana’s tech ecosystem, launched the Tech 25 Awards, a prestigious selection of twenty-five individuals who work the long hours, build the products, and run the projects that propel the business forward, but who — not being the CEO or other C-suite executives — don’t get celebrated publicly as often as they deserve.

Tech 25 honorees span a wide range of roles and were selected from three main categories: product development, sales/marketing, and “other.”
