High Alpha is thrilled to announce that Amanda Carroll and Ashley Blevins have been named finalists for the 2025 TechPoint Mira Awards in the prestigious Tech 25 Emerging Leader Award category. This recognition highlights their outstanding contributions to High Alpha, our portfolio companies, and the Indiana tech ecosystem.
TechPoint, Indiana’s nonprofit accelerator for the tech sector, honors twenty-five non-executive leaders annually whose work drives innovation, growth, and community impact. Both Amanda and Ashley exemplify these qualities through their dedication and leadership.
Amanda Carroll
As Director of Real Estate and Executive Assistant to High Alpha Co-Founder and Partner Kristian Andersen, Amanda has been a cornerstone of High Alpha’s success since its founding in 2015. She oversees High Alpha’s headquarters, ensuring it operates as a central hub for Indiana’s tech ecosystem.
In 2020, Amanda led High Alpha’s seamless transition to the Bottleworks District during the pandemic, designing and managing a state-of-the-art space that has hosted over 30 companies and hundreds of events, from local nonprofits to global tech leaders. Beyond her operational expertise, Amanda is deeply involved in fostering partnerships and championing philanthropy initiatives that strengthen the Indianapolis community.
Kristian Andersen, Co-Founder and Partner at High Alpha, said:
“Working with Amanda has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. She brings a steady hand to the chaos of startup life, balancing operational excellence with a deep personal commitment to the success of everyone around her. Amanda is incredibly decisive, intelligent, collaborative, and serves as a mentor and advocate for many within High Alpha. She’s been a key player for High Alpha since day 1 and her fingerprints are all over the success of High Alpha and our portfolio companies. I believe she’s more than deserving of this award.”
Ashley Blevins
