High Alpha, a leading venture studio, is pleased to announce that the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) selected our Finance Manager, Tim Page, for the 20 in Their Twenties Class of 2023.

Since starting at High Alpha, Tim has played a pivotal role in internal business operations and High Alpha’s portfolio companies. He has been a hands-on steward for over 20 technology company launches, guiding entrepreneurs to make strategic decisions, secure millions in capital, and expand their businesses.

As an avid champion of High Alpha’s portfolio companies, Tim brings an unmatched level of expertise for his years of experience. Advising CEOs and founding teams can be challenging, especially considering many of his founders are multi-time entrepreneurs with decades of experience. He is the epitome of grit and drive and strives to help High Alpha’s portfolio companies and the broader Indianapolis tech community succeed.

"My proudest moments are seeing the CEOs and companies I work with achieve their goals, whether that is closing deals, raising funding, or selling their companies."
— Tim Page, Finance Manager

In addition to his professional accomplishments, he volunteers to expose more underrepresented communities to the tech industry. This summer, he taught kids in the NexTech and Xplore programs the process of building a start-up, encouraging students that they have what it takes to be an entrepreneur. He also serves on the Community Outreach Committee for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Swim Trials with the Indiana Sports Corps.

"In a culture of high performers, Tim stands out as a phenomenal young leader at High Alpha and in the Indianapolis community," said High Alpha Managing Partner Scott Dorsey. "Tim received a well-deserved promotion to Finance Manager last year and now leads the finance team at High Alpha. He is a player-coach who leads by example– team members respect him because he gets things done, he doesn’t ask the team to do anything he wouldn’t do himself, and he delivers outstanding work."

In the future, Tim will continue to influence our community as a thought leader and expert on leadership, financial design, and venture funding–helping High Alpha’s portfolio companies be successful and providing more job opportunities to the people of Indianapolis.
