TechPoint annually celebrates Indiana’s tech product and company builders in their Tech 25. According to TechPoint, “The 25 recipients are the critical, non-­C-­suite contributors who work the long hours, build the products, and run the projects that propel our businesses forward.”  

Nearly 60 Indiana tech companies were selected to take part in the nomination process, and the winners were chosen from three main categories: product & software development, sales & marketing, and“other.”

Dave Duke, VP of Customer Success at Sigstr, Samantha Haddad-Foster, Director of Talent at TinderBox, and Corey Kime, Director of Client Experience at Lesson.ly were all nominated for their outstanding work in building some of Indiana’s fastest-growing companies. You can learn more about each of them below:

Dave Duke, VP Customer Success at Sigstr

As VP of Customer Success at Sigstr, Dave is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience post sale. He oversees, implementation, support and education, success management and customer communication while also assisting with company-wide operations initiatives. Prior to joining Sigstr in June of 2015, Dave spent ten years at ExactTarget/Salesforce serving multiple existing business roles ranging from account management and customer experience to sales management. Dave is a graduate of Indiana University, originally from Muncie, IN, currently residing in Zionsville with his wife Vikki and daughter Olivia.

Samantha Haddad-Foster, Director of Talent at Tinderbox

As TinderBox’s Director of Talent and with nearly 8 years of recruiting and talent management experience, Samantha Haddad-Foster oversees talent acquisition, talent management and people operations. Samantha is passionate about everything relating to attracting, acquiring and retaining top talent for high growth technology companies and is committed to aligning people development and strategy with company growth objectives. Prior to TinderBox, Samantha served as Talent Manager at Bizo in NYC (a B2B digital marketing and data management company later acquired by LinkedIn). Samantha graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor of General Studies in Arts and Humanities.

Corey Kime, Director of Client Experience at Lessonly

Corey grew up in Northern Indiana before attending Indiana Wesleyan University. The Orr Fellowship brought him to Indianapolis with technology startup Compendium. He worked there for three and a half years through its acquisition by Oracle. Shortly after, Corey joined the Lesson.ly team as its fourth employee to start and develop the team’s Client Experience department. In the two and a half years since Corey’s coming on board, Lesson.ly has grown to 40 employees and 300 customers. Corey joined learning software provider Lesson.ly as its fourth employee and serves its 300 customers as the Director of Client Experience.
