XO Summit brings together the CEOs of High Alpha portfolio companies with special guest speakers for a unique opportunity to connect with one another. XO Summit is a chance for portfolio CEOs to be inspired, encouraged, and challenged by their peers.
The monthly High Alpha Speaker Series provides a forum for industry leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and investors to share their stories with the High Alpha network and broader Indy tech ecosystem.
Flight Schools are High Alpha-exclusive events that connect leaders across our portfolio, leveraging the benefits of the High Alpha network to learn and collaborate with each other. High Alpha hosts Flight Schools across a variety of disciplines, including sales, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and engineering.
Throughout the year, High Alpha hosts full-day Executive Workshops to bring portfolio companies and the High Alpha leadership team together to uncover business problems, discuss strategy, and find solutions.
Alloy is an invite-only event that brings together Fortune 500 innovators, investors, and venture builders to create lasting innovation. Alloy 2020 took place virtually with more than 700 VCs, founders, executives, and innovation teams in attendance. Stay tuned for the 2021 event.
Leadership Forum is an opportunity for High Alpha CEOs to nominate emerging leaders to attend an exclusive full-day professional development program with other portfolio leaders.
